The brand was conceived by Jorge Ferlin, a wine tasting and pairing specialist with years of experience in Brazil and abroad.
Born in Santa Catarina, Ferlin grew up among vineyards and family wineries. For many years he was wine consultant to chef Junior Durski’s Madero and Durski restaurant group, and his work played a direct role in Restaurante Durski earning the title of “Best Wine List in Brazil” every year since 2010, according to the leading specialist magazines.
From 2016 to 2020, he hosted Minuto do Vinho alongside Luiz Carlos da Rocha on Diário de TV.
